Key Outcomes

Team Nuggets

These are 2-hour workshops which the team members to quickly understand team building concepts. These nuggets are designed to create autonomous learning topics so as to accommodate capacity challenges for the whole team. Team members can choose the topic from available nuggets.

During the workshop, team coach will work with the members to reflect on the current ways of working. Team members will collaboratively identify next steps towards the team goal.

Building Trust

By definition, A Team is a group of people working towards a common goal. Team members require strong bonding to stay aligned sustainably. Long term relationships are built when the team members feel they are not judged for the support they ask or the mistakes they make. They should openly challenge each other on their designs and solutions.

They should promote the culture of healthy debate irrespective of rank in order to bring out the best abilities of every team member. All this is possible when team members “Trust” each other. During the half day (4 hours) workshop, team members would get engaged in interactive exercises to know each other better. Coach supports the team members to reflect on their current state.

Improve Team Performance

Quality of the outcome delivered is a measure of the team performance. Team performance is impacted by several factors such as team stability, skills, experience, dependability etc. Team members need to work together for a considerable duration to build trust and knowledge.

During the half day (4 hour) workshop, team members would learn about the impact of different factors on team performance. As every team is different, our exercises will enable team members to reflect on how they are performing currently and where do they feel they need to improve.

Build Self Organized Teams

Team members deliver best outcomes when they feel valued. Accountability increases when the team members are involved in making decisions. It is really important to provide autonomy to the team to decide the right approach. Empowered teams take quicker decisions instead of waiting for being advised on the next steps. 

Team members pivot themselves if the culture of innovation is supported by fail fast approach. During the full day (8 hours) workshop, team members learn about their current team dynamics. Team coach will engage the members in group exercises to figure out what support do they need from with in the team as well as outside of their team.
