Margi’s approach as an Agile coach and professionally trained coach in coaching is first of all to observe, to hold the space and paraphrase as a response to any sharing or question, after which she gently follows where you want to go, with a lot of patience. Within UBS I see Margi as someone who ensures that high standards of coaching are applied across the delivery crews and in working with peers. All with the intend to mature the coaching model and services offered. With a solid foundation as a professional (ICF ACC) coach, Margi also actively supports others growth and career progression within our company.
