One on One Coaching

Coaching helps individuals to explore their goals. By asking questions, the coach supports individuals to explore the possibilities which can help them to get closer to their goals. During the coaching conversation, the coach acts as a sounding partner and carefully listens to what the client says. The coach captures verbal and non-verbal signals and confirms client sentiments. Coach identifies opportunities to challenge client with permission to validate assumptions.

Coach ensures confidential and safe environment for the client. They help the client to think about the possible constrains and the support required. A coach co-creates the action plan with client and check on accountability and commitment.

Speed Coaching

Coaching needs varies based on the goals of individuals. Based on our priorities, there could be tactical as well as strategic goals. Tactical goals might require quick reflection to identify the next steps.

The purpose of speed coaching is to have shorter 30 min sessions to explore more about the goal.Instead of having series of longer coaching sessions, individual may have few numbers of shorter coaching sessions. It’s also possible to schedule single speed coaching session if there is an urgent need

Customized Coaching

Customized coaching conversations are series of one or more 45 min sessions to achieve meaningful outcomes. The purpose of coaching is to provide support for discovery, explore options and create plans which coachee feels are achievable and committed to work on.

It is important to understand coaching needs to agree on the length of coaching. Several factors impact out needs and priorities. Also, goal might be achieved sooner or later than initially anticipated.

Customized coaching provides flexibility to change the number of coaching sessions as you progress towards your goal. You will also have flexibility to change coaching cadence if you need more time to work on the actions. The objective is to help you stay focussed on your goal instead of thinking about coaching contracts.

Performance Based Coaching

Performance based coaching is the focussed approach of 6 coaching sessions (45 min each) to help you track your progress with measurable goals. The objective of performance-based coaching is to create focus on the goals that impact you the most. Hence it important to make these goals measurable.

These sessions would start with bringing clarity on why the goal is really import and where would it impact your life. Coach will provide support to identify the current state of the goal and help you define short measurable actions to measure progress.

During the session, the coach will nudge and call out if required to draw attention to the results. To make performance-based coaching most effective, coachee need to be transparent about the situations which can impact the actions. During the entire journey, coach will positively challenge the coachee to stay focussed on the goal and maximize the benefits from the partnership
