About Margi
A passionate coach with close to two decades of corporate experience. I support individuals and organizations achieve desired outcomes through various coaching techniques.
I coach individuals to self-discover their goals and co-create personal development action plan. I work with teams to understand their current constraints and identify ways to build trust and improve collaboration there by improving team performance. I coach senior leaders to shift to “Growth” mindset by adopting servant leader approach to empower teams and foster innovation by supporting fail fast culture.
I have experience of Enterprise Agile Transformation with large global banks working with teams and leaders across diverse geographies. I deliver role specific trainings to individuals and teams. I partner with leaders and team members to align on desired outcomes and identify improvement actions.
I am an Associate Certified Coach (ICF-ACC) through International Coaching Federation. I also hold Enterprise Agile Coaching, Scrum Master and Product Owner certifications from globally recognized Agile Certification Organizations.
In my free time I love to cook and spend time my with son, making Lego toys! I am a passionate cook and have explored various cuisines So if not coaching you know what to talk to me about !!
